About lighting production
Considering its professional predecessor Deerplast Ltd. is engaged in the production of lighting products since the early 1970s. Our lighting products, produced according to our customers own design are sold worldwide serving as valuable accessories for home and office interiors. Nowadays our annual output is exceeding 20.000 PCS of design lighting items equipped with both retrofit lamp holder and the most advanced built in COB LED light sources.
Solutions
The phases of lighting products production (in regular cases) are metal processing, surface treatment, assembly, QC and 100% final function, safety tests and packaging. As regards material we are the most experienced are real wood, aluminum, steel, cast iron, glass and various types of high quality plastics. Related to surface treatment we can offer not only powder coated thinner and water based lacquered but polished, brushed, satin tinned, chrome-, brass- or copper plated or anodized products as well.
